# 2단계 인증 설정하기

디파이너리는 고객의 정보 보호를 위한 정책에 따라 다방면의 기능을 지원하고 있습니다.\
본 문서는 로그인 시 2단계 인증을 통해 보안을 강화하는 방법을 안내합니다.

## **2단계 인증의 필요성**

디파이너리에는 고객 서비스의 다양한 정보가 연동되어 축적됩니다.\
콘솔 로그인 시 2단계 인증을 통해 보안을 강화할 수 있습니다.

2단계 인증 설정은 선택 사항이지만, **개인 정보 보호**를 위해 **설정을 권장**합니다.\
다음과 같이 **조직의 소유자** 또는 **조직 관리자** 권한으로 해당 조직의 모든 사용자에게 2단계 인증을 의무화할 수 있습니다.

모든 사용자 의무화는 2단계 설정 완료 후 가능합니다.

## **2단계 인증 설정하기**

### **계정관리 창 오픈**

우측 최상단 사용자 프로필 영역을 클릭하여 '계정관리' 창을 오픈합니다.

### **2단계 인증 탭 클릭**

2단계 인증 탭 클릭 시 인증 여부를 확인 할 수 있는 화면이 노출됩니다.

### **2단계 인증 활성 버튼 클릭**

‘2단계 인증 활성’ 버튼 클릭 시 인증 화면으로 전환되며, 인증 도중 이탈할 경우 저장되지 않습니다.

회원가입 시 입력한 로그인 이메일 정보가 자동으로 입력되어 있습니다.

**2단계 인증 앱이 없을 경우 다음 중 하나의 앱을 설치해주세요.**\

**인증 수동 키 입력을 통한 인증**

각 인증 앱들은 수동 키 입력을 통한 인증이 가능하도록 기능을 제공하고 있습니다.

Google Authenticator를 예로, 앱 우측 하단 (+) 버튼 클릭 시 ‘설정 키 입력’ 이라는 메뉴가 있습니다.\
클릭 시 계정 세부 정보 입력 페이지가 등장하며 아래와 같이 항목을 입력한 다음, 인증 수동 키를 직접 등록하면 QR코드 스캔시와 동일하게 인증 앱 내에 등록됩니다.

1. 계정 이름 : 인증앱 내 관리할 이름 직접 입력
2. 내 키 : 인증 수동 키 입력 영역
3. 키 유형 : ‘시간 기준’으로 선택

### **복구 코드를 개인 기기에 저장(필수)**

개인 기기 저장 방식은 총 2가지 이며, 최종 저장 확인란까지 체크해야 ‘완료’ 버튼이 활성화 됩니다.\
예상치 못한 상황을 대비하여 반드시 복구 코드를 다운로드 해주시기 바랍니다.

## **복구 코드 재발급하기**

계정 관리 창 내 2단계 인증 탭에서 2단계 인증 비활성 버튼을 클릭합니다.

#### **인증 방식 택1**

* **인증 코드 입력**

해당 방식은 2단계 인증 설정 후 로그인 시와 같이 2단계 인증 앱을 통해 6자리 인증 코드를 확인 후 입력하는 것과 동일합니다. ([참고](#id-2-6))
