    Unified ID criteria

    Total Count

    If multiple device information exists in the integrated ID, it is sent to all devices.

    Text & Notification Talk

    Only 1 message is sent per user (integrated ID) = Number of messages sent (based on user)

    Even if there are multiple phone numbers in the integrated ID, messages are sent to one number ( based on recently collected information )

    Exposure = Exposure based on integrated ID (Total Count)

What is the difference between a message delivery failure and a delivery restriction when running a campaign?

According to DFINERY policy, message delivery and failure are subject to the following criteria:

Failure: User sending requirements not met (missing or incorrectly entered required information such as phone number, push token, etc.), refusal to receive, channel sending failure response, channel required settings not met (certificate registration, etc.)

Sending Restrictions: Unsent parameters due to global fatigue management
