Frequently Asked Questions FAQ
If a user makes a purchase after seeing two push notifications and one in-app message within the purchase conversion period, to which campaign is the purchase conversion attributed?
According to the DFINERY policy, in cases of multi-channel competition such as the above, the purchase conversion is recognized in the campaign with the last click (Last Touch).
On the other hand, for conversion tracking events other than purchases that you set up as custom, clicks are counted equally across all campaigns within the same period.
If you have one push/text/in-app message campaign each with the coupon issuance event set as a conversion tracking event, and a click occurs in all of them, the click data is aggregated to all campaigns without exception.
What happens if I change the global conversion window when I already have one or more campaigns running?
This will affect all campaigns that have Purchase Conversion ON. It will take about 10 minutes for the changes to be reflected in the system. In addition, each campaign detail page will display the breakpoint where the data and settings were changed.
