# Invite and set permissions
## **Go to the Organization Management menu**
Go to the Organization Management menu using one of the two paths below.
> * After logging in, go straight to the organization management menu.
> * Move through the button on the top right of the console usage screen.
## **+ Click Invite Organization Members**
## **Enter information and request an invitation**
Enter your email address, organization permissions, service permissions, and service, then click the Invitation Request button.

* Email address rules: Email addresses of existing members or members who have already been invited (including those in the waiting state) cannot be used for invitations.

* Up to 20 members can be invited per organization.

## **Go to the Waiting tab (if necessary) to cancel the invitation**
If an invitation is canceled, the member cannot be invited to the organization even if the invitation email has already been sent.
