Frequently Asked Questions FAQ

Can a member belong to multiple organizations and services?

Of course. You can join multiple organizations and belong to each organization with different permissions. If you are operating multiple services, you can be invited to each service account and belong to them. Depending on the permissions granted by each organization, you can have permissions for all services in the organization or permissions for specific services.

Is the maximum number of organization members 20?

The default number of organization (service) members is up to 20. For inquiries regarding additional members, please contact dfn@igaworks.com.

Can I delete an organization?

Yes, you can delete an organization. When you delete an organization, all services and members will lose access.

Is there a limit to the maximum number of organizations created?

There is no maximum number of organizations that can be created.

There is no maximum number of services that can be created.

Can I transfer my organization's owner privileges to another member?

Yes, the owner can transfer his/her authority to another member. However, there must be at least one 'Organization Administrator' in the organization, and when the authority is transferred to that member, the owner's authority is automatically changed to 'Organization Administrator' authority.

Can I leave the organization directly?

Yes, all members can leave the organization they belong to (Organization Management > My Authority). However, if you leave the organization, you will not be able to access any services within the organization.

Can I cancel my organization membership?

Yes, you can remove a member from an organization. The removed member will no longer have access to that organization.

Is it possible to remove the ‘Organization Administrator’ privilege from an organization member?

Yes, 'Organization Admin' members can also be removed from the organization, but only if they are the owner or have the same 'Organization Admin' permissions.

Can I cancel my service membership?

Yes, you can cancel your membership in the service. Dismissed members cannot access the service. However, cancellation of service membership is only possible for service permissions corresponding to ‘Viewer’.

What happens if the invited member signs up in person rather than through email?

If an invited member signs up directly through the console, he or she will also sign up as a member of the organization, and the invitation email already sent will expire.
