Frequently Asked Questions FAQ

What data is collected in User Profile 360?

Attributes registered in each user's profile are collected, and some device information is collected automatically.

How can I edit my customer profile?

Some of the collected attributes (custom) can be modified directly by the administrator. However, items automatically aggregated by the system cannot be modified.

What data sources can be integrated with DFINERY?

Various data sources (SDK, API) can be linked, and the list of linked platforms is specified in each customer's profile. It can be selected for each service when creating a service, but cannot be changed arbitrarily.

What happens to the ranking when there are two or more items in the purchase category ranking and most purchased product ranking data (ex. A and B share first place)?

Re-rank based on purchase amount.
