Frequently Asked Questions FAQ

Can I reflect advertising performance data to my audience?

Basically, DFINERY 2.0 does not directly collect advertising performance data.

If you have a need to reflect advertising performance data collected using MMP solutions such as DFINERY 1.0 to the audience, please leave a separate inquiry.

Can I edit an audience I've already published?

No, you cannot edit conditions for an audience that has already been published. You can use the same conditions by copying the audience, editing it, and saving it again.

What happens if I filter on disabled properties?

Disabled properties are no longer updated. However, disabled properties can still be used meaningfully when filtering and analyzing historical data.

For example, let's say a property called 'Membership' is disabled on August 15, 2023. This property will no longer collect or update new data. However, it can still be useful when analyzing data before August 15, 2023. If you want to filter for 'Customers who purchased from August 1 to August 10 and have VIP status' in a filter, this property will be disabled on August 15, but it will still be applicable to historical data from August 1 to August 10. Therefore, when filtering on disabled properties, you can use the filter condition more effectively if you know when the property was disabled. You can check the disabled date by looking at the modified date in the property's details view.

Are there any restrictions on the filter period when setting audience conditions?
