All users

The entire user audience can be frequently used for campaign purposes or to create another audience using it. Since the 'All Users' audience is not set up in advance, you must create it separately as follows.

  • Filter Condition Type: User Profile

  • Detailed conditions: First access date and time = value

When creating the entire user audience as above, we recommend setting it to users who have logged in at least once.

Users with a purchase history in the past month

  • Filter Condition Type: Event

  • Detailed conditions: Purchase, total number ≥ 1

  • Period: Relative, last 30 days (enter directly)

Users who have not made a purchase in the past month

Users who started subscribing today

  • Filter Condition Type: User Profile

  • Detailed conditions: Subscription date (required to be created with custom user profile), select directly

  • Period: Relative, last 0 days (enter directly)

Users who have been subscribed for 7 days

  • Filter Condition Type: User Profile

  • Detailed conditions: Subscription date (need to be created with custom user profile, date and time format data), select directly

  • Period: Relative, Last 0 days (direct input), 7 days before standard

Users who have logged in within the last 200 days

Group A Conditions

  • Filter Condition Type: Event

  • Detailed conditions: Session running, total number ≥ 1

  • Period: Relative, last 100 days (enter directly)

Group B Conditions

  • Filter Condition Type: Event

  • Detailed conditions: Session running, total number ≥ 1

  • Period: Relative, Last 100 days (direct input), 100 days before standard (direct input)

Create a union of two groups

In the case of 180 days, you can search and create in the same way by setting the most recent 90 days and 90 days from the base date.

Users who visited the promotion page more than 5 times in the last 7 days but did not make a purchase

Group A Conditions

Users who have visited the promotion page more than 5 times in the last 7 days

  • Filter Condition Type: Event

  • Detailed conditions: Visit the promotion page (requires linking with custom events), total number ≥ 5

  • Period: Relative, last 7 days

  • Detailed terms: Visit page, Include, 'Back to School Promotion'

Group B Conditions

Users who have purchased a specific product (promotion related) at least once in the past 7 days

  • Filter Condition Type: Event

  • Detailed conditions: Purchase, total number ≥ 1

  • Period: Relative, last 7 days

  • Detailed Conditions: Product Name, Included, 'Beige Cross Bag'

Generate the difference of two groups

You can create an audience of users who have visited your promotional page more than 5 times in the last 7 days, but did not make a purchase, by subtracting the difference between the two groups.
