Setting up CSV downloads

DFINERY supports various functions in accordance with the policy for protecting customer information.

This document guides you on how to set up security for the campaign detail data and report download functions.

Advance notice

  • If you do not enable the CSV download toggle, admins will also not be able to download CSV for campaign details data and reports.

  • Only 'Administrators' of organizations and services can download CSV. Users with 'Viewer' permission cannot download CSV. For more information, please refer to the ' article.

Enable CSV download

Organization Management > Security Settings

Enabling the CSV download toggle will enable downloading of campaign and report data for all services in your organization.

Setting the reason input conditions

Enabling the Reason Entry Condition toggle will make reason entry required when downloading campaign and report data.
