In order to send text messages, you must complete registration of the sender number profile. Try setting the sending number of text messages provided by DFINERY to the brand number.

Due to the implementation of the pre-registration system for sender numbers, SMS sending from numbers that have not been registered in advance will be restricted as of October 16, 2015. Therefore, you must register your sender number in advance in order to send SMS. The pre-registration system for sender numbers is a system that prevents damage to users due to falsely displayed phone numbers in accordance with Article 84 of the Telecommunications Business Act, which allows users to send text messages only to pre-registered sender numbers.

Please submit the documents according to the procedure below to register your text message sender number profile.

You can register up to 10 sender numbers per service.

It may take approximately 3 business days for the person in charge to confirm.

  • Proof of Telecommunication Subscription (must be issued directly by the telecommunications company that opened the number to be used for messaging)
