# Setting up a KakaoTalk sending profile

#### **If you have a KakaoTalk channel** <a href="#undefined-3" id="undefined-3"></a>

Use the ID or open a new KakaoTalk channel.&#x20;

※ After opening the KakaoTalk channel, you must convert it to a business channel and make sure that the home page is set to ON.

### **Enter channel business authentication and customer center information** <a href="#undefined-4" id="undefined-4"></a>

If you open a new channel, you must receive business verification from the KakaoTalk Channel Management Center.

### **Apply for certification**

You can apply through **\[Management] - \[Apply for Business Channel] - \[Apply]** in [the KakaoTalk Channel Management Center](https://center-pf.kakao.com/m/login). Only the **master** of the application channel can apply, and it takes **3 to 5 business days** for review and approval.

**\[ Documents to be submitted ]**

\- <mark style="background-color:yellow;">Business registration certificate</mark> (or unique number certificate)&#x20;

\- <mark style="background-color:yellow;">Mail order business, medical device business, health functional food business report certificate</mark> (for applicable business)&#x20;

\- <mark style="background-color:yellow;">Employment certificate</mark> or <mark style="background-color:yellow;">representative's ID card</mark>&#x20;

<mark style="background-color:yellow;">- Overseas business operators cannot apply</mark><br>

#### **Check authentication status** <a href="#undefined-6" id="undefined-6"></a>

Once the review is complete, you will receive notifications through the admin center, KakaoTalk message, etc.

#### **Enter customer center information** <a href="#undefined-7" id="undefined-7"></a>

In order to send Friend Talk and Notification Talk, you must enter customer center information. If customer center information is not registered, you cannot register a sending profile.

You can enter customer center information through **\[Profile] - Home tab card \[Settings] - \[Basic Information]** in [the KakaoTalk Channel Management Center](https://center-pf.kakao.com/m/login)

#### **Setting up a calling profile in the** DFINERY **Console** <a href="#undefined-8" id="undefined-8"></a>

**🚩** If you have created a KakaoTalk channel, please set up your profile by following the steps below.

1. On the Additional Settings page, click Register KakaoTalk Sending Profile.

2. Enter the information below and register.

You can only register your Kakao Yellow ID once in DFINERY. (You can only register once for all services in the console.)

3. Make sure the status of your sending profile is 'Active'.
